7. All Sales Final – No Returns or Refunds

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to: Buyer’s remorse, Ordering mistakes, Item no longer wanted/needed, Sizing or fit issues (for apparel/merch), or Perceived differences in taste preferences.

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot restock or resell returned products.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.

We may offer a replacement or credit at our discretion. Claims submitted after the window will not be honored.
