Refund policy

1. Order Acceptance

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.

2. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are listed in USD, exclusive of shipping and applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment must be made at the time of purchase through our secure checkout.

3. Shipping

  • Orders will be shipped to the address provided during checkout.

  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other external factors.

4. All Sales Final – No Returns or Refunds

  • All sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

    • Buyer’s remorse

    • Ordering mistakes

    • Item no longer wanted/needed

    • Sizing or fit issues (for apparel/merch)

    • Perceived differences in taste preferences

  • Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot restock or resell returned products.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.

  • We may offer a replacement or credit at our discretion. Claims submitted after the window will not be honored.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, S5 Ventures, LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

    • The use or inability to use our products

    • Errors or omissions in content

    • Delays in shipping

    • Customer misuse or allergic reactions

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
